Monday: 9:00am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:00 pm

Parking is available either on your left as you enter off South Clinton Ave (follow the walk around the front of the building) or in the back of the building. Stairs are on the far side of the building leading to the main entrance. Please note, the Pain Relief center is located in a two story building and is on the LOWER LEVEL. Full directions/map will print out with your New Patient Information Packet.
